The new LG G3 has been a popular smartphone for the company with around 7
million units sold since its launch and now the company has bigger
plans for the LG G4.
LG are apparently looking to sell around 10 million units of their LG
G4 smartphone in 2015, this was confirmed by LG at Mobile World
Congress last week.
The LG G4 is expected to be announced at a press event next month
and we have already heard a number of rumors about the handset.
The handset is rumored to feature a 5.5 inch Quad HD display with a
resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and the device may come with a eight
core Snapdragon 810 processor from Qualcomm.
Other rumored specifications on the device include 3GB of RAM and a
range of storage options plus a microSD card slot and a fingerprint
scanner.
The design of the handset is said to differ significantly from the
existing LG G3 and the company may end up using metal as the main
material for the device instead of plastic.
The LG G4 is expected to feature a 16 megapixel rear camera and the
device will come with Android 5.0 Lollipop, we should have more details
when it is made official next month. source : Korea times
